Avaya IP Office Worker App for Brisbane Businesses
Office Worker Application – Designed for all platforms from Thin Client to Macs
Even office workers, those that work only in the office, need tools to keep them productive and responsive. Generally speaking, office workers are often on the phone. Their ability to respond to messages from co-workers and customers cannot be jeopardized. With Office Worker browser-based applications, office staff can easily see who has left a message for them and adjust their work behavior accordingly. For example, a staff member is on the phone with a co-worker (or a customer for that matter) and sees their message waiting light is on; the Office Worker can access and manage their voice messages in many ways: launch their messaging web-browser to log-in and access their voicemail box OR by using their call handling interface which is also browser-based. In both instances, the Office Worker can see who left a message and at what time, length of message, and can save, delete, forward, and play the message when they are available to do so
The browser based call handling interface provides Office Workers with the ability to quickly answer and make calls, transfer, and create and manage conference calls. Management of conference calls includes the adding, dropping, muting, and un-muting of conference attendees as well the ability to record the conference call for playback at a later time.
The directory provides the Office Worker with the ability to not only contact a co-worker, vendor, or customer but also ‘see’ who is available within their system; if unavailable, the Office Worker can send an Instant Message (IM) without leaving their desk. The Office Worker can add entries to the personal directory for quick dialing manually or from the call log panel or message panel.
